Introduction
When ordering, the purchase is accepted only after Craig Alibone Chocolate AS confirms the order with an order confirmation email. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database. In the event of an error e.g. price and delivery time, we reserve the right to correct this at a later date. When ordering and purchasing products, you have agreed to the current terms and conditions.
1) Your information
You must be 18 or over to make any card or credit purchases in our online store. Agreements with minors cannot be upheld without parental approval, a binding purchase agreement can be approved only with people over the age of 15. You are responsible for making sure your address information is correct and up to date. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Craig Alibone Chocolate AS is responsible for processing the personal information that you as a customer provide us. Personal information can be used by Craig Alibone Chocolate AS to manage, maintain and develop the customer relationship as well as to market other products from Craig Alibone Chocolate AS.
2) Prices
All prices are stated including VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right for print errors, and to correct prices and incorrect information. Shipping fee might be added, and the same applies to any eventual fees for different payment methods. No other taxes or fees are added.
The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, so you have a full overview of all costs before completing the transaction.
3) Shipping and delivery
Fixed, flat shipping cost per shipment is NOK 49 within Norway (incl. VAT). The flat freight rate only applies to shipments under 1 kg. All orders exceeding 1 kg will be charged a shipping surcharge.
4) Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 4-5 working days. Delivery times will change for holidays.
5) Return
If a product is damaged on arrival, contact us at ca@craigalibone.com or call +47 755 600 60 before returning the item, and we will find a way to fix it.
Have you changed your mind? We will replace the product after it has been returned to us in perfect condition, unopened, and unused. You have to pay for return postage. For orders outside Norway, we claim shipping costs for the product you want instead.
You have 28 days from when you ordered, to return products. Contact us within this time if you want to return the item. Packages sent to us by cash/collect on delivery will not be picked up but will be returned.

Otherwise, we follow the Consumer Purchase Act in relation to the right of withdrawal and return.
7) Payment
You can pay with Visa and MasterCard. This is 100% safe, you as a customer are completely safe. Please note that your card will not be charged until we ship the item. However, you will be able to see that the amount is reserved on your card.

A guarantee is given in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act

We only register the necessary information to process your order. No personal information will be shared with others, and is confidential. By ordering items from us, you also agree for us to use your contact information to communicate with you regarding your order.
