Craig Alibone

Pastry Chef and Valrhona ambassador Craig Alibone introduced his chocolaterie to the growing city of Bodø back in 2016 with a focus on artisan chocolate.

In 2020, the company’s expansion welcomed the opening of Craig Alibone Pâtisserie & Champagneria, a location designed to blend Scandinavian and Parisian culture, a place for people to get together eat award-winning chocolate, pastries, and cakes paired with the finest champagne, wines, and cocktails.

The venue boasts a “secret bonus level” designed as a more intimate setting or for private gatherings.

From England to Bodø, Norway

After completing his chef education in England, Craig proceeded to study and work in France, before moving to Norway where he now resides.

During his time in France he studied at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeux, where he was taught by some of the world’s greatest pastry chefs, such as Bruno Moncudiol, Sébastien Serveux and Jean Marc Guillot.

The school is owned by Alain Ducasse and Yves Thuriès and has become world-renowned.
